Shipping
All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment received - after payment has been made you will receive a courtesy email to let you know that the item has been sent.
If you need your item urgently, please contact us for further information regarding shipping costs.
For Australian orders, items usually take 1-3 business days.
For international orders items usually take between 7-10 days to arrive in North America and Europe. Sometimes international orders can take 2-3 weeks to arrive so please be aware of this.
We will do everything we can to ensure that your parcel will arrive as safely and quickly as possible, if there are any issues regarding the parcel please contact us straight away.

Refunds and exchanges?
We take every care when packaging your product to ensure the quality of the product inside is OK, as well as checking that the outer packaging is substantial for what is being sent. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 14 days of purchase date and we will issue you a refund.
